Solo exhibition of Chiku KOMIYA(composer, media artist) organized by re-verse will be held at Retramp Gallery from 15 to 17th March.
 
KOMIYA creates works which reconsider norms in music using variety of methods, including musical notation, artificial voice, and media performance.
 
In his new work, titled "And then, O-ren Knew 'twas a Song", Komiya presents the piece in which artificial and human voices and words interfere mutually to create a new song. He also presents his previous work "VOX-AUTOPOIESIS," in which the score is automatically generated by voice. 
 
Performances by Kanae MIZOBUCHI (soprano) and Fuka NAGATA(media artist) are also scheduled during the exhibition.

Die Ausstellung von Chiku KOMIYA (Komponist, Medienkünstler), organisiert beim re-verse, findet vom 15. bis 17. März in der Retramp Gallery statt.
 
KOMIYA erschafft Werke, die Normen in der Musik mit Hilfe verschiedener Methoden überdenken, darunter musikalische Notation, künstliche Stimme und Medienperformance.
 
In seinem neuen Werk mit dem Titel "And then, O-ren Knew 'twas a Song" präsentiert Komiya ein Stück, in dem sich künstliche und menschliche Stimmen und Worte gegenseitig beeinflussen, um ein neues Lied zu schaffen. Außerdem stellt er sein früheres Werk "VOX-AUTOPOIESIS" vor, in dem die Partitur automatisch durch die Stimme erzeugt wird. 
 
Während der Ausstellung sind auch Auftritte von Kanae MIZOBUCHI (Sopran) und Fuka NAGATA (Medienkünstler) vorgesehen.
